This special edition is limited to 126 copies: 100 numbered copies signed by Theroux, and another 26 lettered copies for his personal use. The book is a hardcover with a case laminate cover (no dust jacket), which means that the image is printed directly on the book's boards.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

To pre-order one of the 100 signed and numbered copies, send an email to toughpoets@gmail.com indicating your interest. Each copy will be $50 (the same cost as the signed copies of Early Stories) plus $4 for shipping. Orders will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Within 24 hours of receipt of your email, Tough Poets Press will send you an invoice. Click on the View and Pay Invoice button in the email. Then click on the blue Pay $54.00 button. It will pop up a new window where you can either pay with a debit or credit card (light blue button at the bottom of the screen) or log into your PayPal account (if you have one) and pay that way.

Because I have been granted limited distribution rights, I can only ship to addresses in the United States. Limit: 2 copies per customer.
